As of Oct 22, 2026, 212 of the 1,283 certified operations in this dataset have client-packing evidence on their USDA certificate and 104 more on their own website. Certifiers word certificates differently, so the table shows the mix by certifier; it describes how this site selects profiles, not the quality of any certifier.

How we counted
Each certified operation is counted once by its certifier and by where its client-packing grade comes from: its certificate lines, or, where the certificate is silent, a sentence offering co-packing, contract or private-label manufacturing on the website its certificate record lists. An operation with neither is unresolved, not a non-packer.
